Project Objectives

  1. September: Content Creation
    • Localized Content: Develop tailored content for each of the 12 malls and plazas, ensuring it reflects the unique offerings and experiences of each location.
    • Visual Content: Produce high-quality images and videos, capturing the essence of each mall or plaza, with a focus on Hamat’s slogan "The Place for Family Experiences."
    • SOP Development: Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for future content creation to maintain consistency across all platforms.
  2. September: Training for Marketing Officers
    • Workshops: Conduct hands-on workshops for marketing officers at each mall and plaza, focusing on content creation, Airtable management, and Metricool for scheduling.
    • Ongoing Support: Provide continuous support to ensure that marketing officers are confident in managing their website sections and scheduling content.
  3. September: Website Structure Development
    • Initial Design & Structure: Begin the development of the website’s structure and design, setting the foundation for a seamless user experience.
    • Customization Framework: Lay the groundwork for customizable sections that allow each mall and plaza to showcase its unique offerings while maintaining a unified brand presence.

    • Full Website Development: Complete the development of the website based on the structure and design work done in September.

Scope of Work

A. September: Content Creation

    • Visual Content: Produce 1 video and 10 pictures for each mall and plaza, capturing the environment, attractions, and experiences. Each video will feature the essence of Hamat's slogan "The Place for Family Experiences."
  • SOP for Future Content:
    • Guidelines: Develop SOPs to ensure consistency in style, tone, and presentation across all digital platforms.
    • Training: Train the Hamat team and marketing officers on the SOPs to ensure future content aligns with the established guidelines.

B. September: Training for Marketing Officers

  • Hands-On Workshops:
    • Content Creation & Airtable: Conduct workshops at each mall and plaza to equip marketing officers with the skills needed to create, manage, and update content through Airtable.
    • Metricool Training: Provide training on scheduling content using Metricool, ensuring that all content is efficiently managed and reviewed by the Hamat team.
  • Ongoing Support:
    • Continuous Development: Offer ongoing support and resources to ensure the marketing officers can confidently manage their sections of the website and handle content scheduling.
    • Performance Tracking: Implement a system to track the performance of each marketing officer, ensuring they are effectively contributing to the website’s upkeep.

C. September: Website Structure Development

  • Initial Design & Structure:
    • Foundation Development: Begin the design and structure of the website, focusing on creating a user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing layout that aligns with Hamat’s brand identity.
    • Customization Framework: Develop a framework that allows each mall and plaza to have customizable sections on the website, ensuring that local content can be showcased effectively while maintaining a unified overall design.

D. October: Website Development

  • Full Website Development:
    • Completion of Design & Structure: Continue from the foundational work done in September to fully develop the website, integrating all necessary features and ensuring a seamless user experience.
    • Content Integration: Incorporate the content created in September into the website, ensuring that each mall and plaza’s page is populated with high-quality visuals and tailored content.
    • SEO Optimization: Implement best practices in SEO to enhance the visibility of each mall and plaza’s page, driving more traffic and engagement.

E. October: Management Software Development

  • CMS with Airtable Integration:
    • User-Friendly Interface: Develop a CMS that is intuitive and easy to use, integrated with Airtable to leverage the Hamat team’s existing training.
    • Real-Time Updates: Ensure the CMS allows for real-time content updates, enabling marketing officers to quickly and efficiently update their sections of the website.
    • Access Control: Implement role-based access, ensuring that each marketing officer can only edit their respective mall or plaza’s page while the Hamat central team maintains oversight of the entire website.

Deliverables

For each mall and plaza, the following deliverables will be provided:
